The AmCham delegation, led by President, Mr. Nikola Tripković, met today with the Minister of Justice, Human and Minority Rights, Mr. Vladimir Leposavić. The topic of the meeting was the importance of the rule of law and the consistent application of laws and other regulations in practice, in order of creating a stimulating business environment.

The interlocutors also agreed on cooperation between the Ministry of Justice, Human and Minority Rights and the American Chamber of Commerce in Montenegro, with the aim of monitoring the legislation’s state and reforms in this area.

The meeting was also attended by the AmCham Executive Director, Marko Miročević, PhD and AmCham Policy Manager, Ms. Ana Marija Kaluđerović.
