AmCham Interns Practice Interviewing Skills

American Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with its member company Ernst & Young, hosted a workshop entitled “Interviewing skills” for participants in the 2015 AmCham Internship Program, today at the Hotel Ramada, Podgorica. The workshop was conducted by Ms. Mia Melegi, the Human Resources Manager at Ernst & Young.

AmCham Montenegro interns had the opportunity to learn more about the techniques for writing an effective resume, in order to make it appealing to the employer and get the applicant a chance for an interview. The tips and hints for making your CV a representable document will be very useful in the job seeking process after the graduation.

In nowadays recruiting process, the applicant for the job position must be able to draw the employer’s attention in less than 20 seconds, which puts a lot of pressure on preparing the resume to be your perfect ID. Likewise, the interview itself represents a very demanding part of the process, so this workshop included job interview simulations, in order to prepare the participants in the best way for the real interview.

2015 AmCham Montenegro Internship Program will last until July 14, 2015. A total of 17 students who are completing their internship in one of 10 AmCham member companies, including AmCham, will receive a certificate upon finalizing this three-month internship program.
