Digital Marketing Workshop for AmCham members

AmCham Montenegro and ME-net hosted a digital marketing workshop for AmCham members at ME-net premises in Podgorica today. The workshop encompassed three lectures by digital marketing experts from ME-net, a company specialized in online business presentation and strategy. Digital marketing provides numerous advantages for entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises. It offers a number of new ways of promoting products and services at a far lower price than with traditional marketing.

The workshop showed that contemporary consumer demands a much more personal and human communication approach, compared to their preferences in the past. In other words, if the company is looking for a way to maintain the loyalty of target consumers, it is has to work on personalizing the communication. One of the newest global marketing trends is the Human-to-Human approach, based on creating a personal relationship between the brand and the consumer. Since digital marketing can provide this direct contact, it has become the key segment in company’s business development strategy.

Workshop participants learned how to create the optimal content in order to attract target customers; the impact marketing activities have on their business. Likewise, they learned how to optimize their digital marketing strategy in order to achieve maximum efficiency. One of the key topics at the workshop was establishing a system for measuring the key performing indexes (KPI) in digital marketing, which are crucial for creating and realizing the marketing plan.

The Digital Marketing workshop is part of a series of free of charge workshops that AmCham organizes for its members, in order to introduce them to the newest global trends. Representatives of member companies coming from various industries such as tourism, finance, IT, construction and pharmaceutical industry attended the workshop.
