AmCham Montenegro organized a two-hours workshop entitled “Delegation & Feedback“ for AmCham members and guests on Wednesday, February 18 in Podgorica. The goal of this international workshop was to help the participants understand the importance of delegation and feedback, both written and verbal, in order to enhance the employees’ productivity. The workshop was conducted by Ms. Sonja Jovanović, HR Director at the AmCham member company Ernst & Young, who posesses a valuable working experience in the human resources sector.

AmCham’s Executive Director, Ms. Ivana Jovović, opened the workshop, which gathered 25 participants from 15 international AmCham member companies. The great interest from AmCham members, but also from non-member companies, indicates that this type of workshops is valuable for professional development of employees in Montenegro. Therefore, AmCham Montenegro is pleased to have participants coming from different international companies and different industries, which provides a constructive discussion and a successful team work. The participants in the workshop have backgrounds in different industries, such as: banking, insurance, communications, pharmaceutical industry, construction, tourism etc.

Moreover, an important aspect of AmCham workshops are the networking opportunities and the exchange of best practices between companies. Hence, AmCham Montenegro will continue with the organization of workshops dedicated to the development of professional skills, in order to increase the competiveness of the labor market in Montenegro.
